Account information — your name, email address, and company name when you request access and when you use the Service.
LinkedIn connection data — when you upload a LinkedIn connections export, we store your connections' names, job titles, companies, and profile URLs. This data belongs to your account and is not visible to other agencies.
Contact profiles — professional information you capture via the Chrome extension or import manually, including name, title, company, LinkedIn URL, email, and phone. This data stays within your agency account.
Notes and activity — notes you write on contacts and any other content you create within the Service.
Company information — non-personal business information about organisations (industry, size, location, LinkedIn company URL) sourced from publicly available records and third-party enrichment providers.
Usage data — logs of AI feature usage for cost management and service improvement. We do not track personal browsing behaviour.
Non-personal company information (business names, industry, size, location, LinkedIn company URLs) may be shared with affiliated services operated by MVP Talent, including Taleroo, to maintain accurate and up-to-date company databases.
This sharing is limited strictly to non-personal organisational data. Your personal contact records, notes, LinkedIn connections, and any individually-identifying information are never shared with affiliated services.
We use the following third-party services to operate Recruit-Suite. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service:
