Terms of Service

By requesting access to, or using, Recruit-Suite (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by MVP Talent (“we”, “us”, “our”). Access is invite-only and is granted at our sole discretion.

Recruit-Suite is currently in closed beta. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or fitness for any particular purpose during the beta period.

Access is granted to recruitment professionals for legitimate business development purposes only. You may use the Service to:

• Research and track target companies for business development
• Manage contact relationships built through your own LinkedIn network
• Capture and enrich publicly visible professional contact information
• Analyse job listings as market signals

You must not use the Service to build mass marketing lists, scrape data at scale, engage in deceptive outreach, or in any way that violates LinkedIn's User Agreement or applicable law.

You retain ownership of the contact data, notes, and other content you import or create within the Service (“Your Data”). We do not sell Your Data to third parties.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Data solely to provide the Service to you and your agency team.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you import (including LinkedIn connection data) is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any consents required for its use in a CRM context.

The Service collects and enriches non-personal company information (“Company Data”) including business name, industry, size, location, and LinkedIn company URL. This information is sourced from publicly available records.

Company Data may be shared with, and used to improve, affiliated services operated by MVP Talent, including Taleroo. This sharing covers only non-personal, publicly-sourced information about organisations — not your personal contacts, notes, or any individually-identifying information.

If you do not wish your enriched Company Data to be shared with affiliated services, contact us at the address below to discuss your options.

The Service uses third-party processors including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis), Resend (email), and enrichment providers. Your use of the Service is subject to their applicable terms where relevant.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during the beta period is $0).

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us to request account deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
